Another fun filled tournament at CI. Unfortunately the wet weather meant that we could only use the indoor courts but that made for fast games and a busy social occasion.

Huge thanks to Marion Hood for sponsoring the event and donating fantastic prizes. Congratulations to the winners Davy Latimer and Jennifer Steenson and well done to the runners up Rob Brown and Liz Hunter.

Also a massive thankyou to our coach Johnny Abosi who gave up his afternoon to organise (and then reorganise due to the weather) such an enjoyable event.

None of this would have happened though without our Tea and prize providing social secretary and general superstar Dot Hawthorne! No matter how badly you felt you performed, Dot and her shamrocks were there to convince you otherwise.
